Copper honeycomb panels are honeycomb sandwich-structured panels, composed of copper face panels, alloy aluminum back panels and aluminum honeycomb core layers, bonded and compounded under pressure with high-strength epoxy adhesive.
Copper has natural corrosion resistance (average 2μm/year); a 1.0mm copper sheet lasts 40-70 years, with tensile strength 2.1x that of regular aluminum sheets of the same thickness.
As a high-quality premium decorative material, copper honeycomb panels retain aluminum honeycomb panels’ high strength, rigidity and flatness, while boosting surface hardness and bonding strength. Their surface is coated with high-weatherability PVDF transparent clear varnish to prevent oxidation and discoloration, and they feature copper’s unique metallic luster—a symbol of royal elegance.
