The Nanjing Ali Center project, with a total investment exceeding 8 billion yuan, covers an area of 210 mu (approximately 16 acres) and is located adjacent to Yongchu Road Station on Metro Lines S3 and 7. The project park features six research and office buildings, a shopping mall, a long-term rental apartment complex, and a four-story trendy entertainment district, accommodating approximately 30,000 people. It is a typical TOD complex and will become Alibaba’s first integrated base in Jiangsu, integrating smart offices, high-quality commercial facilities, and a cultural community.
The Nanjing Ali Center (Alibaba Jiangsu Headquarters) will be driven by comprehensive scenarios, technology, and services, creating an internet industry community based on smart building concepts to support Alibaba’s localization and industrial chain development. In the future, it will integrate four major functional programs: research and office buildings, a trendy entertainment district, a shopping mall, and talent apartments, providing convenient living for surrounding residents.
