Bilibili’s Shanghai headquarters building, designed by the American firm Ennead, is located in the Dinghai Community, Daqiao Subdistrict, Yangpu District, Shanghai. With a total investment of 19.85 billion yuan, the project boasts a total construction area of 785,000 square meters, including 370,000 square meters above ground and 415,000 square meters underground. With a building height of 149.95 meters, it forms the core landmark of Yangpu District’s “Three 100 Billion-Level Industrial Clusters” strategy and is expected to be fully completed and operational in October 2026.
The project encompasses four functional areas: 310,000 square meters of office space, 140,000 square meters of commercial space, 21,000 square meters of cultural space, and 165 units of riverside talent apartments.
As Bilibili’s first global industrial park, the project aims to create a comprehensive industrial park integrating commercial, cultural, office, and rental housing. Its core design concept focuses on innovation, emphasizing the flexible integration of office and public spaces, aiming to create a vibrant and collaborative environment for internet and creative companies.
